During this rough time, our spirits will be somewhat lifted by Christmas (especially Côme’s). Of course, our moral was not fully Christmassy cheerful, but we’ve tried to make it a jolly Christmas anyway. We’ve decorated António’s living-room, prepared some cookies for Santa Claus (and some for us too), watched some Christmas cartoons, listened to Christmas music, tried to have a nice meal (but it’s not easy for us here, there are no duck and no chocolates in the supermarket, there are octopus and dry fishes instead… 😢)…

And we wrote a last minute letter to Santa (he was not supposed to come on our world tour this year). There was not much on the list, half of a microscope, the Shinkansen train… but there was one special request: Côme asked for Groin and Meuh to join us. It required a true miracle from Santa to bring them…

And somehow, the Christmas miracle happened… On Christmas morning, besides our small wooden Christmas tree and few other unexpected presents, Groin and Meuh were there!!! They had joined us on our adventure! 😊
