Since the end of January, we have started to explore once again on our own. At first, we just stayed around in our neighborhood. We’ve discovered a temple, had fun in the surrounding playgrounds, went to the mall to watch a movie, eat a burger, play in the Lego, video games and racing areas…
Of course, it’s been winter out here and sometimes it was really cold, so we had to cover ourselves up…
But we were also able to have fun in the snow…
When we’ve gotten better, we’ve returned to the neighborhoods we loved back in november but we’ve also discovered new ones: Ihwa village, an artsy neighborhood with murals…
And Hanok village…
We’ve also gone to the money museum…
The recovery is going well. The doctor has accomplished miracles and the scars are healing fast. Julia is walking better everyday and we are now ready to continue our adventure!! We won’t be seeing Oceania but we will spend a few weeks in the United States instead. We’ll take it slow but we are definitely all excited to get on the road again…
